Q. What is the shelf life of your products?
A. Most products have a shelf life of 2–3 years from the manufacturing date, and the expiration date is printed clearly on the bottom of each bottle. For the best experience and maximum effectiveness, we recommend consuming the product well before its expiration date.
Q. Your ingredient list seems short. Is something missing?
A. Not at all! We intentionally keep our formulas clean and simple. At Vitapia Inc, we believe that only effective, clean, and body-friendly ingredients should go into our products. We do our best to avoid unnecessary fillers, harmful additives, or artificial ingredients — giving you only what your body truly needs.
Q. How long does it take to start seeing results?
A. Results vary based on factors like age, lifestyle, diet, activity level, and overall health. Some customers notice positive changes within the first 2–3 weeks, while others may take one to two full bottles to experience the best results.

Orders $50 or more (subtotal), shipping within the contiguous U.S. qualify for free standard shipping

Q. How long will it take for my package to arrive?
A. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Standard and free shipping orders are shipped via USPS, and most packages arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
Q. What are your return and exchange policies?
A. We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply contact us with the subject line “Refund Request” and a brief explanation of your experience.
We will work with you to find the best solution — whether it’s a refund, replacement, or product recommendation tailored to your needs. But FYI, not all requests are accepted for returns and exchanges.
Q. What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
A. If your order arrives damaged, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered. Please contact us with the subject line “Product Damaged” and include photos of the package and product. Our support team will assist you as soon as possible.
