Q. Is your product going to work for me?
A. Our products work for approximately 98% of our clients. This means that from 100 customers, 98 are happy with the product and results, and only 2 people are not.
And this is why we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: if for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with the product and the results, we will refund your money with no questions asked.
Q. What is the shelf life of your products?
A. The shelf life of our products is generally 2 or 3 years from the date of manufactured. The expiration date is underneath the bottle. We really hope that you won't take that long to finish your bottle :)
Q. Your ingredient list seems like it is missing something?
A. The ingredient list is correct. We use a small number of recognizable ingredients because our philosophy is that only ingredients that are actually good for your body should go into the product.
Q. How much time do I need until I start seeing results?
A. This is a great question and the honest answer is that it's going to depend on your age, gender, weight, height, physical characteristics, diet, exercise program and goals. Some clients start seeing results in the first 2 weeks of using the products and others by the end of the first bottle. And a small proportion of our clients told us that they were feeling disappointed until they started taking their second bottle and the changes started happening. Again, it is going to vary from person to person. We always recommend that you consult with your nutritionist or health care provider in order to get the most results from Vitapia products.
Q. What shipping options are available?
- $4.95 Standard shipping rate will apply for orders less than $50.00. Most orders will take 4-7 business days to arrive from the date ordered.
- Orders at least $50.00(subtotal), shipping to destinations within the contiguous 48 United States, qualify for free shipping! Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged $9.95 for Standard Shipping. Vitapia, Inc. does not ship Internationally or to the U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) at this time.
Q. How long will it take for my package to arrive?
A. Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders using our $4.95 flat rate or free shipping option will be sent via USPS with delivery expected within 4-7 business days, depending on your delivery location.
Q. What are your policies around returns and exchanges?
A. If you are not completely satisfied, simply write a brief explanation of your negative experience with the product to email@example.com and write "Refund Request" in the subject line
